At the end of this course participants will:

2 – Have a clear understanding of what good coaching and delegation look like;
3 – Learn a simple approach/methodology for coaching and delegation;
4 – Build a plan for those you coach based on the approach/methodology;
5 – Prepare an action plan to demonstrate how delegation will work in your context;
